Heres where you'll be able to input the content of your campaign.
Message content
You can create a new campaign, or upload from a template. Learn more about templates here: Templates.
Tip
Keep your content relevant and to the point to ensure you're engaging effectively with your patients.
If you want to include a web link, shorten a URL by using bit.ly
This useful tool generates short URL's meaning you can add links to your campaign without taking up too many characters. This will make campaigns more user friendly, whilst also giving the ability to redirect patients to online information or services.
Coding the message to a patient's record
You can also add a SNOMED code to the patients record to mark that they have received the message. To do that you can check the box and add the applicable SNOMED code. This is useful if your campaign does not have responses.
Coding responses to the patient record
You can then add message responses if required. You can add as many responses to a campaign as you like, but limiting it to a few may make the campaign more specific and the responses more effective.
In the boxes below, enter the expected patient response that you have outlined in the campaign content (e.g 'YES' or 'NO'), alongside the applicable SNOMED codes.
Tip
It's really important that the responses and SNOMED codes in these boxes are ACCURATE - if not, the system won't recognise them and could lead to 'abnormal' responses or incorrect SNOMED codes to patients records.
Send a test message
Want to check how your campaign looks before you hit send? On the bottom left of the content tab, you'll find a handy 'send test message' button to do this!
Tap in your UK mobile number, and a copy of your campaign content will be sent over to your phone.
This is great way to decide if the format and content of the campaign is appearing as intended, and if not? You can head straight back to the content box and edit it before you hit send for real!
Save your campaign as a template
You can also save your campaign as a new template by checking the box.
